Chief Executive Officer

Executive with broad experience in developing and selling innovative healthcare products and services. Experience includes senior positions at Towers Watson and multiple startups, HealthAllies, HealthEquity, Accolade, and consulting for highly successful emerging companies including Quantum Health, ConsumerMedical, PinnacleCare, and Teladoc.

MARK KALLAN
President and Director

Developed and led American and public and private companies in medical devices, travel, entertainment, property development, and education segments and managed two IPOs to NASDAQ. Formerly Chairman/CEO of a watch company that sold  more than 30 million watches, developer of thousands of homes in Asia, owner of K-12, vocational and other schools, and trustee of non-profit organizations.

LEONARD WISNESKI
MD, FACP, Chief Medical Officer

Chairman of both the NIH Advisory Board on Frontier Sciences and the Integrative Health Policy Consortium; Fellowships at American Institute of Stress and American College of Physicians and advisor to Intl Hyperbaric Med. Assoc.; formerly Corporate Medical Director of Marriott International; currently on staff of U of Colorado, GW, and Georgetown and under contract U.S. Air Force Medical Services developing integrative approaches to pain management.

SAM BIERSTOCK
MD, BSEE; Senior Medical Advisor

Electrical engineer and eye surgeon, founder of the Global Medical Microtechnology Association, recipient of George Washington Medal, Freedom Foundation and former Chief Medical Officer of IBM. Author of hundreds of articles and authority on IT in health and health technology, international lecturer. Consultant to American and international information technology organizations.

RICHARD SERBIN
R. PH., J.D., LL.M., Senior Corporate Advisor

Pharmacist and attorney, who served at Schering-Plough Corporation as attorney and patent attorney; at Revlon and Revlon Healthcare as Chief FDA Counsel; and at Johnson & Johnson Corporation as FDA Counsel and subsequently as VP of Corporate Development. Served on the Board of Directors of over twenty public and private companies, including Johnson & Johnson’s international and domestic subsidiary and other companies involved in biotechnology, dermatology, veterinary medicine, women’s healthcare, medical devices, surgical/consumer products. Also served as the lead in taking two companies public. Senior Advisor to the Swedish American Life Science Summit (SALSS), the leading invitation healthcare summit, held annually in Stockholm, Sweden. Established US and International Medical Communication Companies that were acquired by large companies. Co-founder of Bio-Imaging Technologies Inc.: NASA’s LANDSAT technology for clinical evaluations Richard has an history extensive dealing with FDA issues, licensing and acquisition activities and strategic planning.

DAN KALLAN
Director of Digital Strategy

Coordinated the development of the Company’s initial and subsequent platforms and websites from inception to present – its MVP (Minimum Viable Product). Manages the continuing enhancement of Parallel’s platform and functionality to meet customer requirements and ensures stability and confidentiality of data & operations, coordinating with outsourced entities. Formerly Director of Marketing and Product Development for Loyalty Superstore Inc./Local Thanks rewards and benefits programs managing IT and new product development. Past Director of Operations for an international marketing organization for retailers, managing sales force and local call centers and fulfillment activities.

BOB HAUSMAN
Chief Operating Officer

35 year history  as Chief Operating Officer in startups and rapidly growing companies to build operational systems, financial/HR controls, and client support teams of service, information technology, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing organizations. BA Jefferson University and MBA from Babson College. Teacher of operations for the Babson/Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program at Miami/Dade College. Formerly VP of Service Delivery for Onforce/Workmarket, which was acquired by ADP.

ARABA SAM
M.D., Medical Director

Board certified OBGYN, Director of Gynecologic Robotic Surgery at West Boca Medical Center. Performed the first robotic total hysterectomy in Palm Beach County in 2007 and pioneered single incision scar-less robotic hysterectomy,  Board member of Women in Distress, the YMCA, and the American Heart Association.
