MARK KALLAN
President and Director
Developed and led American and public and private companies in medical devices, travel, entertainment, property development, and education segments and managed two IPOs to NASDAQ. Formerly Chairman/CEO of a watch company that sold more than 30 million watches, developer of thousands of homes in Asia, owner of K-12, vocational and other schools, and trustee of non-profit organizations.

RICHARD SERBIN

Pharmacist and attorney, who served at Schering-Plough Corporation as attorney and patent attorney; at Revlon and Revlon Healthcare as Chief FDA Counsel; and at Johnson & Johnson Corporation as FDA Counsel and subsequently as VP of Corporate Development. Served on the Board of Directors of over twenty public and private companies, including Johnson & Johnson’s international and domestic subsidiary and other companies involved in biotechnology, dermatology, veterinary medicine, women’s healthcare, medical devices, surgical/consumer products. Also served as the lead in taking two companies public. Senior Advisor to the Swedish American Life Science Summit (SALSS), the leading invitation healthcare summit, held annually in Stockholm, Sweden. Established US and International Medical Communication Companies that were acquired by large companies. 35 year history as Chief Operating Officer in startups and rapidly growing companies to build operational systems, financial/HR controls, and client support teams of service, information technology, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing organizations. BA Jefferson University and MBA from Babson College. Teacher of operations for the Babson/Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program at Miami/Dade College. Formerly VP of Service Delivery for Onforce/Workmarket, which was acquired by ADP.
